Inspired by the centuries-old craftsmanship used by experts to make the luxurious weapon known as the crossbow, these wines are similarly intricate and ambitious. Crossbow makers recognized the advantages of welding the weapon’s components harmoniously, ensuring effectiveness while maintaining a one-of-a-kind artistry. We aspire to do the same with our varietals, picking grapes at peak ripeness, aging them in the best barrels, and perfectly blending them to create wines of unmatched quality and visual appeal.
