Dark Star Cellars

Dark Star was founded in 1994. On any given day we offer around twenty award winning wines, including whites, rosés, creative red blends, common and unusual red varietals and port. In the last four years, under new management, our wines have collected twenty-five awards, including ten 90 – plus point gold medals.
