Giant Bourbon Whiskey

One of our two signature Pot Stills, this Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for 2+ years and has a mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley. Take note of the aromas of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, sweet fruit, and rye spice. In addition, the palate will give off sweet oak, fruit, vanilla, toasted caramel, sweet candy, and baking spices. To finish your Bourbon off, you will experience medium-long spices with dried fruits and peppery notes. At Giant Texas, our Spirits are made Grain to Glass with only Texas Grains
