St. Eva Hill Wine

We are involved in every aspect of our grape growing and wine making. Currently, we are growing Zinfandel, Primitivo and Petite Sirah; additional varietals will be planted soon. These will be Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc as well as a possible mix of Mouvedre, Petit Verdot, and/or Grenache. Our 2019 harvest included making a multiple Gold award winning Rose rated at 90 points along with Zinfandel, Primitivo and Petite Sirah from our vineyard.
